Yesterday I left a review based on my frustration at the time (read below).  However, today one of the owners of DESIGNERS Graphics & Tint reached out to me, phone call and text, in hopes of resolving the problem. The text read, "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and lack of communication from our team.  I hate that time was wasted on your end.  I left you a voicemail and I wanted to apologize and see if there was anything I could do to make things right.  Our customer experience is super important to me, and I'm sorry you didn't get the treatment we want to provide.  Please call or text me back and I'll do my very best to make things right." Firstly, I was simply wowed by the fact that someone actually took the time to respond to my issue.  As someone who spent years consulting with small businesses, I can honestly say without a doubt, businesses today just don't seem to care about customer service.  Regrettably, that was the feeling I got when I called this company yesterday.  Most businesses are willing to deal with the pissed off customer in hopes that no one reads, or more especially, reacts to the review.  However, as you've probably gathered from the response they left, they care. Secondly, after texting back and forth several times, I learned that this company cares deeply about for their clients experiences, and that is why I've chosen to amend my earlier review.  I look forward to giving this company another shot at my business. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- My first review. Since March 2, 2026, I have been emailing back and forth with Amber Williams at Designers Graphics Tint & Wraps in an effort to get a quote to wrap my food truck.  The reason for the back & forth is because Designers Graphics Tint & Wraps needed to see my truck in order to give me a quote.  Oddly, I received three quotes from others by simply telling them that I owned a 22' Ford F-59 Step Van.  Nevertheless, I reached out to Amber today, July 27, 2026 to see if I could bring it in for a quote.  She replied yes, and off I went to the address listed for Huntsville, because that's where I live.  However, once I arrived at the address, I was unable to locate them, so I called.  As I was speaking with the lady who answered the phone, she told me that she needed to get someone else to speak with me; I thought that was odd because I only wanted to find their location.  When the gentleman came to the phone, he explained to me that they do all of their quoting for wraps at their Florence, AL location.  I explained to him that their website CLEARLY shows and mentions that they are in Huntsville as well.  When he told me that they only had a small place in Huntsville, I asked him why I just could get a quote at the small place.  He said they simply don't.  As you can see from the attached images, there is no mention of having to go all the way to Florence for a quote; an hour drive one-way.  So, if you're wanting to use the services of this company, be prepared to travel to Florence.  The reason it took me so long to get my truck in for an estimate is because I am very, very busy trying to startup my new business, and today I wasted about an hour, and fuel for nothing.

Got a piece of my Yukon wrapped and then tinted the front windows of my home with the mirror tint and it has made a HUGE difference in keeping the house cooler! I don’t know how many years but four vehicles have been done by them never had a problem. It’s a lifetime warranty on your tiny although I’ve never had to use it I recommend them highly.
